Statement on H.R. 4745, Providing an Additional $712 Million to SBA Disaster Loans Program from FEMA

On Saturday, February 18, 2006, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4745, which provides an additional $712 million to the Small Business Administration disaster loans program from funds previously appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
